enjoy playing with, talking to and listening to your children. We
all
encourage children to try out new things and value each of their
achievements.
Lesley has run Knutz Club since 2010. Lesley manages the Club and
takes care of all the
bookings and administration, including EYFS Co-ordinator and EYFS
Keyworker. She has BA (Hons) Early
Childhood.
Sue joined the team in November 2024. Previously an Outstanding Childminder with
many years experience caring for children locally, Sue holds a CACHE
L3 Diploma in Children's Care Learning and Development. Sue is
our Deputy Manager, Inclusion Co-ordinator, and a
Key Worker for EYFS children at Club.
Sheena joined Knutz Club in October 2017. Sheena works at
Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Clubs. She has a
Playwork NVQ Level 3 Diploma. Sheena is our Senior Playworker.
Balkees joined the Breakfast Club team in April 2021 and also occasionally works at After School Club and at Holiday Club.
Ghazalah joined the After School Club team in July 2021 and
also works at our Holiday Clubs.
Ghazalah also works as an MSA at another primary school.
Helen joined the After School team in July 2022. Her children
previously attended Knutsford Primary Academy.
Ann joined the Knutz Club team in July 2023 and currently works at
Breakfast and After School Club. Ann's granddaughter used to attend the school.
Namita works with us at our Holiday Clubs. Namita worked in school
as a teaching assistant for several years and is known to many of the children.
Jules has been involved with the Club since 2013, while he was still
at school. Jules continued to work at our Holiday Clubs while he was
at studying and joined the After School Club team in July 2024, focussing mostly on outside play and
assisting with activities at
Holiday Clubs.
Rozsa joined us in September 2024. She has settled in to the team at
Breakfast and After School Club and is currently working towards a
Level 2 qualification in Playwork.
We have each been DBS checked to
ensure our suitability to work with children. Our staff ratio is
1:8 for Foundation Stage children and 1:10 for older children.
All staff complete regular training in Safeguarding, Food
Hygiene, Health & Safety. All team members complete Paediatric First Aid training.
Each of us recognises the
importance of continuous professional development so we regularly attend
courses, workshops and meetings to keep up to date.
