Bookings

E-mail to lesley@knutzclub.co.uk to request links to our MS Forms data collection sheets, if you would like a place at the start in the next couple of weeks. Complete and return an Enquiry Form if you want to request a place for a later date. E-mail your forms to lesley@knutzclub.co.uk. Call Lesley (07762 053085) if you have questions about bookings.
The Club is always busy, so we keep a waiting list if we do not have the sessions you need straight away. See our Admissions and Waiting List policy
Exisiting members
Your booking may continue until your child leaves year 6 or you give us notice to leave club. The notice period is 4 weeks and notice must be given in writing by e-mail or letter. See our Fees and Payments policy
If you need to change your regular booking to another day we will do our best to accomodate the change but we do not 'swap' days during the week.
Fees for booked sessions are payable whether or not the child attends.
New registrations
To request a place to start straight away, e-mail to lesley@knutzclub.co.uk to request links to our MS Forms data collection sheets.
To request a place to start at a later date, complete an Enquiry Form and e-mail to lesley@knutzclub.co.uk
Lesley will contact you to confirm whether there is a place for your child to start or if you will be added to our waiting list.
Ad Hoc Bookings
Ad hoc bookings, are only available if there is space in the required group for the requested session. Priority for ad hoc bookings will be given to children already attending the club.
We need at least one working day clear to process your booking, organise staff and receive payment before an ad hoc booking.
