Wrap-around Care and Holiday Clubs

Places are limited for Breakfast, After School Club and Holiday Club. For those wishing to attend one of our clubs or to request more information just complete an Enquiry Form and email to Lesley.

Once we have your enquiry, Lesley will contact you regarding availability and the registration process.

We run Breakfast Club and After School Club Monday to Friday during term time for children attending Knutsford Primary Academy.

We offer Holiday Clubs during most school holidays, these are open to all local children of primary school age.

Arrivals and Collections

Families should use the Balmoral Road entrance for our Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs.
Come in the gate, turn left and go around the side of the school building.
The drop off or collection point is at the double doors ahead of you.

Breakfast Club opens at 07:30

Breakfast Club opens at 07:30. Staff will welcome children and book them in. Breakfast is served until 08:20, do be sure your children arrive in time to eat their breakfast. Here is the Breakfast Menu. After their breakfast children may play until it is time to tidy up and go to school. After 08:35 staff see the juniors upstairs and take the infants to their classrooms.

After School Club closes at 18:00

*School finishes at 13:30 at the end of each full term. On those days After School Club runs from 13:30 to 16:30.

After School Club starts at 15:15 and closes promptly at 18:00. Children in reception, Y1 and Y2 will be collected from their classrooms. Children in Y3 to Y6 will come down to club by themselves. Staff will welcome children and book them into Club. Children will sit together and have snack in the dining hall while we wait for the playgrounds to clear. Here is an example of the After School Club Snack Menu. A variety of appropriate equipment and resources will be provided for the children attending until they are collected from Club. Whenever possible play will be outside. Most days children play together on KS2 playground. Children are expected to tidy up what they play with at Club. From 17:30 it is quiet time while we wait for parents to arrive and collect their children before the club closes at 18:00.

Holiday Clubs: our next holiday club is Easter Holiday - Monday 30 March to Thursday 02 April 2026

Holiday club opens 08:30 to 17:00 on Mondays to Thursdays and 08:30 to 15:30 on Fridays. ADVANCE BOOKINGS ONLY - New bookings are not available while holiday club is running.

Staff will welcome children and book them into Club. Knutz Club provide breakfast until 09:15, here is an example of the Breakfast Menu. We will provide a mid-morning snack, a packed lunch and a mid-afternoon snack. Children just need to bring a WATER bottle which we will keep topped up.

Here is a guide to Our Holiday Club Day. Children can choose from the resources and equipment available. We are outside as much as possible so everyone has plenty of space and fresh air.
