Knutz Club is always busy. There are spaces at Breakfast Club although After School Club is virtually full. We keep a waiting list if we do not have the sessions you need straight away.

Exisiting members
Before the end of each school year, you can re-register your child each year to keep the same session for the following year until they leave at the end of year 6. To end your booking earlier you give us 4 weeks notice in writing.
If you need to change your regular booking to another day we will do our best to accomodate the change but we do not 'swap' days as we have booked the staff we need for each session.
Fees for booked sessions are payable whether or not the child attends.

New Registrations
To request a place at Knutz Club, follow this link to our club management software and complete an Enquiry Form
Once we have your enquiry, Lesley will contact you regarding availability and registration or the waiting list process.

Ad Hoc Bookings
Ad hoc bookings, are only available if there is space in the required group for the requested session. Priority for ad hoc bookings will be given to children already attending the club.
We need at least one working day clear to process your booking, organise staff and receive payment before an ad hoc booking.

Holiday Club Bookings
Existing customers can use the Ovivio Parent App to request holiday club sessions.

We need a registration form for each child who has not attended Knutz Club in the same school year as the holiday club.
Permission to give medication
You will need to complete a form for each medication.
Medication forms are created in our management software. We need the exact details of the medication to create the form for the paent to sign.
